Bringing Japan's Print Culture to the World.

The Japanese Literature Promotion Project aims to promote and disseminate Japan’s diverse and rich print culture overseas. It identifies and trains translators who provide the foundation for international dissemination, while also supporting publishers and other organizations in bringing works to international markets. Additionally, the project conducts activities for literary and publishing professionals worldwide aimed at deepening their understanding of Japanese print culture.
